Counselling and Life Coaching
We all at times struggle to cope with issues, whether in our
personal lives, work, educational settings or within the family.
When I struggled to cope, I felt alone, as though I had
reached rock bottom and could see no way out of the dark
place I was in. I then received Counselling, which gave me
the courage and self-esteem to make the changes I needed to function more positively and to move forward. I saw the light
at the end of the tunnel.
After having personal experiences of Counselling, realising the benefits and having such a positive outcome, I decided in 2012 to retrain as a Counsellor. I wanted to give the support and help
to others as I had received. During my training I worked as a student Counsellor for
a local Bereavement Charity, which I still volunteer for today.
